Who we are

Pioneering property management, led by the people who live here

Gateway House RTM Company Limited is the company through which Gateway House's leaseholders exercise their statutory Right to Manage.

We operate with integrity and a commitment to safeguarding residents' rights and promoting transparency in everything we do. Decisions about the building are made by the RTM director — a leaseholder and your neighbour — with the members, and carried out by our appointed managing agent, Sterling Estates Management, a RICS and FCA regulated firm with more than fifteen years' experience.

Owners' portal: browser security warning

Sterling Estates Management's owners' portal currently shows a browser security warning because its security certificate has lapsed. It is safe to click through and continue — the portal itself is unaffected and remains safe to use. We are working with Sterling to have the certificate renewed, and will update this notice when it is done.

New website

We've moved gatewayhousertm.co.uk to a new, faster site. The residents' hub now has the emergency numbers, how to pay, and how to report a repair in one place, and documents can be requested via the Documents page.

Financial year end

The service charge year ended on 30 April. Certified accounts will be circulated to all members once complete.
